DSM Instructional – Sending
Statements
These instructions cover sending statements to customers in
DSM.
There are two ways to produce statements in DSM.
1.
Use the
upper menu option: Go to Billing >
Print Statements. You will see the following
screen:
This screen is the broader system wide way of generating
statements for all your clients. You can
pick your options on the left and generate statements for your customers.
You may also check a customer and edit their info prior to
sending a statement. In this example,
you should edit the customer shown above with a missing email address so that
your records are correct.
2.
Option 2
is done at the customer level and is only for the customer in question. To produce a statement for just one client,
click ACTION > CUSTOMERS from the menu, or click the button on the main
screen that says CUSTOMER LOOKUP. Find
your customer then click the FINANCIAL DETAILS BUTTON in the lower left, then
the COLLECTIONS INFO tab in the upper right.
Clicking print statement would show the following
report. This is a condensed version
showing the top & bottom of the page.
It is a full sized printout.
